I didn't get much done on the initial Sailor Moon/BESM game. The game has since ended and started again in another time and place so I will attempt to document some of it below.
Yes the character is named after the Forgotten Realms setting World from AD&D. Blame Shaden for that, he wouldn't let me name my char Sailor Polaris and base all the attacks on Magnetism.
